Returns

Once you have received your order from the delivery date, you will have 14 days from that period to return the product. We will also inspect the product to make sure there's no damages or any other defects. Depending on the product, there could be a restocking fee. Customer pays for the return shipping and a refund store credit will be issued minus the shipping charge that was first given. All products which are approved for return are for store credit only. Returns / refunds are only eligible if you received the incorrect/damaged item from what you ordered. There is no return / refund / exchange for any parts that have been used, damaged,  modified, painted, or installed. Returns are not eligible for custom products such as exhaust tips, etc. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send a video and photo of the situation at hand, if applicable, to speed up the entire process.

To start a return, please contact us at support@thecarbonindustries. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item returned has been used or damaged, we will not provide any form of refund for that item.
